Excellent Stay Near the Arena
arena proximity efficient check-in clean condition easy access
The hotel's location is VERY convenient for events at the arena. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff provided quick and efficient check-in service. The proximity to the metro station made city access easy.
The street parking was a bit complex. I would have preferred more on-site parking options.

The hotel is near the O2 Arena and has excellent public transport links. There are many pubs and a HUGE supermarket nearby. The area felt quiet and safe.

A small kitchenette is on the floor with a teapot and microwave. There is a minibar with a good selection of drinks. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. The bathroom had a good shower.

uncomfortable bed lumpy pillows
the room was clean at first glance, i admit, but the bed! it reminded me of sleeping on a slab. pillows were also lumpy. i asked for a different room but was told nothing else was available (i suspect this was because i booked a cheaper rate).

excellent location private garage metro station
the location is excellent near the metro station. a large shopping center is also within walking distance. the private garage was convenient I used it every day.
the beds were a bit too firm for my taste. it was a minor inconvenience . it did not affect my overall experience.
